Return policy

• Returns within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt, including your credit card number, will be credited back to your credit card.

• Merchandise must be returned unused and in original packaging, unless defective

• Custom Orders are not returnable.

Return procedure

• Email service@theoriolemill.com explaining the reason for your return, and assuring us that the product is in “as new” condition.

• We will send you a return authorization (RA) as a pdf attachment with a return email. Print the pdf and read the instructions in the email.

• You are responsible for carefully packing and shipping the product back to us. Include the RA in your package.

• We will ship you a replacement and credit your charge card. If we agree that the product was defective, we will additionally credit you for your return shipping charge.
